Shipping Policy

At MedicalEx, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest level of service and satisfaction. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner.

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and prepared for shipment. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. If your order total is $50 or more, you will not be charged for standard shipping. This offer applies to orders shipping within the United States only.
  • For orders under $50, standard shipping rates will apply. The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your shipping location. The rate for standard shipping will be displayed during the checkout process.
  • Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. If you need your order sooner than the estimated delivery time for standard shipping, you can choose from expedited shipping options such as two-day or overnight delivery. Additional charges will apply and will be displayed at checkout.
  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We are not able to ship to international addresses at this time.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for your order to be shipped to.
  • A tracking number will be provided for all orders once the package has been shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking number, so you can track your package's progress and know when to expect delivery.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is secure and that someone will be available to receive the package during the estimated delivery time.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Standard shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days for domestic orders, but actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors such as weather and carrier delays.
  • In the event of a delay or problem with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue. If there is a problem with your order, we will work with you to find a solution that meets your needs.
