Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is placed, it will be prepared for shipment promptly.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery

  • We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. No standard shipping charges will apply to qualifying orders shipped within the United States.
  • For orders under $50, a standard shipping rate of $6.95 applies. You will see all applicable shipping charges before completing your purchase.

3. Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options (such as two-day or overnight delivery) are available for an additional fee. If you need your order sooner than standard delivery, select your preferred expedited shipping method at checkout. Additional charges will apply and will be displayed before payment.

4. Shipping Carriers

The shipping carrier for your order is selected at the discretion of MedicalEx USA, our distributors, or the product manufacturer. Carrier selection depends on product type, destination, and fulfillment location. Customers may not request a specific carrier.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical street address for delivery.

6. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive at different times, depending on item availability and fulfillment location.

7. Backorders and Out-of-Stock Items

If any item in your order is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you promptly with an estimated delivery timeframe or offer you the option of a refund or substitute product.

8. Signature Confirmation

For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you wish to add signature confirmation to your order, please contact our customer service team before your order ships. Additional fees may apply.

9. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided for all orders once the package has shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package’s progress and estimated delivery date.

10. Delivery Times

Standard shipping times are estimated at 3–7 business days for domestic orders, depending on your location and external factors such as weather and carrier delays. Some items may require additional processing or shipping time depending on availability or supplier location. We work closely with our distribution and manufacturing partners to ship your order as quickly as possible, and we will notify you if we anticipate any delay. Expedited delivery options will provide a specific estimated delivery timeframe at checkout. Delivery times may be extended during holidays or peak shipping periods.

11. Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Provide photos of the packaging and product. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

12. Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

MedicalEx USA is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Please ensure the shipping address provided is secure, and someone will be available to receive the package.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If we are unable to reach you, the order may be canceled and a refund issued, less shipping charges.

13. Holiday Shipping Delays

Please note that order processing and delivery times may be extended during peak holiday seasons due to increased carrier volume and demand. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.

14. Delays and Issues

In the event of a delay or problem with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue. If there is a problem with your order, our team will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
