Description
The Bionix ReadyHub Stackable Base with Procedure Prep Tray adds a tray-topped stacking layer to the OneLight ReadyHub staging system. The procedure prep tray gives staged instruments a defined surface that travels from prep area to patient.
- Stage ahead – prep the next procedure during the current one
- Defined surface – one tray holds one complete setup
- Stack native – builds into any ReadyHub station
A Tray Layer for the ReadyHub Stack
ReadyHub stations are built from stackable bases, and this base carries the procedure prep tray on top. The tray is where the instruments for the next procedure are laid out against the preparation card, checked, and carried to the patient. Adding tray bases lets a practice stage several procedures ahead without mixing setups. The base follows the same stacking rules as the rest of the system, with no more than four bases beneath the equipment platform. It pairs with the storage drawer base for rooms that mix staged trays with bulk storage. The full ReadyHub system, with its cards and platform, is sold as the OneLight ReadyHub Procedure Staging System.

Why Add Tray Bases
Staging only works if there is a tray for the next patient while the current one is in use. Extra tray bases are what turn one staged setup into a flowing procedure schedule.
- Parallel prep – stage the next procedure while one is underway
- Setup integrity – each tray holds one complete, checked setup
- System native – built for the ReadyHub stack and cards
- Flexible growth – add layers as procedure volume grows
