Description
Busse Bone Marrow Biopsy Trays stage marrow sampling in four builds, pairing the J style biopsy needle and the I style aspiration needle to the case. Every build carries the anesthesia set, scalpel, microscope slides and specimen containers the sampling chain ends with.
- Needle Matched Builds – Choose trays with the J style needle, the I style needle, or both, by item number.
- Complete Sampling Chain – Anesthesia set, scalpel, slides, specimen tubes and an amber vial are staged in two trays per set.
- Ten Microscope Slides – The slide count the lab side of marrow work actually uses, included in the builds that list them.
- Consistent Layout – All four builds share the two tray staged format, so the team learns one arrangement.
Marrow Trays Built Around the Needle Choice
Bone marrow work starts with a needle decision, core biopsy, aspiration, or both, and these trays are organized around that decision. Items 652 and 654 carry both the 11G x 4 in J style biopsy needle and the 15G I style aspiration needle. Item 653 carries the J style needle alone, and item 655 carries the I style needle alone for aspiration focused lists.
Around the needles, each build stages two multi compartment trays with a PVP triple swabstick, a scalpel, the syringe and needle set for local anesthesia, a towel, a fenestrated drape and a bandage. The specimen side is covered with microscope slides, specimen tubes and an amber vial with a stirring rod and ID label, varying slightly by build as the manufacturer’s lists show.

Why Choose These Marrow Trays?
Marrow sampling is unforgiving of a missing slide or the wrong needle pattern at the field. These trays stage the full chain and let the buyer match the build to the needle plan, instead of opening a second tray when the case changes.
- Matched to the Plan – Builds for biopsy only, aspiration only, or both, under separate item numbers.
- Lab Chain Included – Slides, tubes and vial are in the set, so samples leave the field organized.
- Maker Specification – Tray contents follow the manufacturer’s published component lists for each build.
- One Format to Learn – The two tray staged layout is shared across all four builds.
