Description

Busse Incision and Drainage Trays stage abscess drainage with the hemostat, scalpel and forceps set the procedure runs on, in standard and urgent care builds. The urgent care build upgrades to satin finished instruments, a fine point Halsey needle holder and Iris scissors with large loops.

  • Standard Build – Item 758 stages a straight Kelly hemostat, a number 11 blade scalpel and Posi-Grip forceps.
  • Urgent Care Build – Item 7830 carries satin finished instruments sized for ambulatory center work.
  • Field and Prep Included – Polylined sterile field and fenestrated drape, iodophor prep pads and cotton filled sponges are staged.
  • Sterile Formats – The standard tray packs 20 per case and the urgent care tray 50 per case.

I and D Trays for Clinic and Urgent Care

Incision and drainage is a short procedure with a specific set, and a staged tray keeps it short. The standard tray pairs a 5-1/2 in floor grade straight Kelly hemostat with a number 11 blade scalpel and Posi-Grip plastic forceps. A polylined sterile field, a polylined fenestrated drape, a polybag with twist tie, two large iodophor PVP prep pads and four cotton filled sponges complete that build.

The urgent care tray is built for ambulatory centers, with a 5 in Halsey fine point needle holder in satin finish, 4-1/2 in straight Iris scissors with large loops and tip protector, and a satin Adson tissue forceps. That build finishes with four 3 x 3 in 8 ply gauze dressings, sized for the drainage dressing the procedure ends with.

Why Choose These I and D Trays?

Drainage work is booked tight in clinics and urgent care, and the tray is what makes a fifteen minute slot realistic. These builds stage the full set at two levels, with the urgent care build answering ambulatory centers that want satin instruments in a disposable tray.

  • Set Complete at Open – Hemostat, scalpel, forceps, field and prep arrive in one sterile pack.
  • Ambulatory Option – The satin instrument build is made for urgent care and ambulatory centers.
  • Maker Specification – Tray contents follow the manufacturer’s published component lists per build.
  • Dressing Included – Both builds carry the sponges or dressings the procedure ends with.
