The EasyPoint Retractable Needle adds automated retraction to the syringes a facility already stocks, fitting luer lock and luer slip syringes including prefilled syringes. A squeeze of the color-coded tab retracts the needle into its safety chamber, and activation can happen before or after the needle leaves the patient.

Retractable Needles for the Syringes You Already Use
Not every injection starts with a safety syringe, and this needle brings retraction to standard syringes without replacing them. The clinician attaches the needle, administers as usual, then squeezes the tab and safety chamber to retract the needle into the chamber. Hands and fingers remain behind the exposed sharp at all times, and the enclosed needle stays covered through disposal.
Twenty-eight configurations cover 18G to 30G needles in three forms: needles rated for syringes 3mL and smaller, needles rated for syringes up to 10mL, and needles pre-attached to a 3mL syringe.
