Description
The Lumex Hydraulic Patient Lift is a manual 400 lb lift with the widest lifting range in the Lumex manual line, from 27.4 in to 80.3 in. Choose the classic blue frame or the silver vein hammertone finish, the lift underneath is identical.
- 400 lb capacity with manual hydraulic power
- Spreader bar range 27.4 in to 80.3 in
- Six-point cradle for 2, 4 and 6 point slings
- Base adjusts 24.6 in to 43 in wide
- HCPCS E0630, no battery or charging ever
The LF1030 and LF1031 are the same hydraulic lift in two finishes, built for programs that want a lift with nothing to charge and nothing electronic to service. The caregiver pumps the boom up and meters the control valve to lower, a motion that gives fine control over descent speed. The six-point cradle rotates and accepts the standard Lumex sling range. An adjustable base closes to 24.6 in for doorways and opens to 43 in for transfer stability. With an 80.3 in maximum height, it reaches surfaces that shorter hydraulic lifts cannot.
Features and Benefits
Hydraulic Operation
The hydraulic drive trades a motor for total independence from outlets. It is the lift that always works, including during outages.

- No battery, charging or electronics to maintain
- Control valve lowers the patient smoothly
- Six-point rotating cradle for 2, 4 and 6 point slings

The 80.3 in top height is the standout number. It clears elevated beds and surfaces that stop shorter hydraulic lifts.

- Base adjusts from 24.6 in to 43 in wide
- 5.5 in floor clearance slides under most beds

Why Choose the Lumex Hydraulic Patient Lift?
Hydraulic lifts earn their place where reliability matters more than powered convenience. This one adds the tallest reach in its class and a color choice at no cost to capability.
- Nothing to charge – Hydraulic power is ready at any hour – No batteries, cords or downtime in the transfer routine
- Widest manual range – 80.3 in of top height beats other hydraulic lifts – Elevated beds and surfaces stay within reach
- Two finishes, one lift – Pick blue or silver vein at the same specification – Facilities can match existing fleet colors
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the two colors?
Only the frame finish. Both lifts share the same 400 lb capacity, dimensions, hydraulics and HCPCS code.
How high does the boom reach?
The spreader bar reaches 80.3 in at maximum, the widest range in the Lumex manual line. The minimum is 27.4 in.
Does it need charging?
No. The hydraulic pump is manual and factory sealed, so the lift is ready whenever it is needed, with no battery to manage.
Which slings work with it?
The six-point cradle accepts Lumex two, four and six point slings. Match the sling type to the transfer being performed.
How wide does the base open?
The base adjusts from 24.6 in closed to 43 in open. Close it for doorways, open it for stable transfers at beds and chairs.
