Description

HTL-Strefa Acti-Lance Safety Lancets fire with a button press and then destroy their own mechanism, so a used lancet can never fire twice. The double-spring design drives full retraction after sampling, and the twist-and-pull tab keeps the needle sterile until the moment of use. Three color-coded models cover low to high flow needs.

  • Self-Destructing Design – After firing, the mechanism locks permanently, a used device cannot be reactivated.
  • Double-Spring Retraction – A double-spring mechanism retracts the needle fully after the sample is taken.
  • Twist-and-Pull Sterility Tab – The tab seals the needle until use and twists off in one motion.
  • Three Models – Lite, Universal and Special models in purple, blue and yellow match flow needs to the patient.

Acti-Lance Safety Lancets for Capillary Blood Sampling

Safety lancets exist to remove the exposed needle from capillary sampling entirely. This line activates by button, samples with a silicone coated needle or blade, and retracts fully on a double-spring mechanism before locking itself against reuse. The Lite model pairs a 28G needle with a 1.5 mm depth for low flow needs, the Universal runs a 23G needle at 1.8 mm, and the Special uses a 17G blade at 2.0 mm for high flow. Gamma sterilization and single-use construction suit clinics, laboratories and home glucose programs. Color coding by model keeps selection fast at the point of care.

Why Choose Acti-Lance

A safety lancet should make the safe action the only action. This line fires, retracts and self-destructs in one press, with three depth and gauge models matched to the flow each patient needs.

  • No Reuse Possible – The self-destructing mechanism removes accidental second use from the risk table.
  • Model Matched Flow – Three gauges and depths let staff pick flow instead of pressing harder.
  • Sterility Sealed – The twist-and-pull tab keeps the point sterile until the press.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these lancets sterile?

Yes. The lancets are sterile, single-use capillary blood sampling devices, gamma sterilized for clinical and home testing use.

How does the safety mechanism work?

The needle or blade is shielded before and after firing, and the device cannot be reused after activation. Used units go straight into a sharps container.

What is the difference between the models?

Lite uses a 28G needle at 1.5 mm depth for gentle low flow sampling. Universal runs 23G at 1.8 mm for standard flow, and Special uses a 17G blade at 2.0 mm for high flow needs.

Who uses safety lancets?

Clinics, laboratories, diabetes programs and home testers use them where needle-stick prevention matters. The single-use format removes re-capping and device handling between patients.

How are they packaged?

Boxes of 100 or 200 lancets, as the variant labels state. This listing sells boxes as the variant labels state.
