Description
The AllCare is a floor-level full electric hospital bed that lowers its deck to 3.6 inches, close enough to the floor that a resident who rolls out has almost no distance to fall. It then rises to 25 inches so care, therapy and transfers happen at a working height instead of at floor level.
- Floor-Level Deck – the surface drops to 3.6 inches to cut fall injury risk for restless sleepers
- Full Height Range – the same bed rises to 25 inches for care and transfers
- Expandable Width – the sleep surface sets at 35, 39 or 42 inches wide to fit the resident
- 600 lb Working Load – the frame carries the resident, mattress and accessories up to a combined 600 lb
Falls from bed are one of the most serious risks in long-term care, and this bed answers them with height, dropping to within inches of the floor at night and rising for care during the day. The sleep surface measures 80 inches long, extends to 84 inches with the optional extender, and sets at 35, 39 or 42 inches wide. The 600 lb safe working load covers the resident, the mattress and accessories together. Two models are offered, the AC and the AC-N, and both use the same floor-level frame and full electric positioning. Optional accessories include a scale, a trapeze, two or four rails, battery backup, a safety falls mat and staff controls.

Why Choose the AllCare
Plenty of low beds stop at 7 or 8 inches, which is still a real fall for a frail resident. This one goes to 3.6 inches, close enough to the floor that a roll-out becomes a slide instead of a drop. It then gives the height back for care, so staff are not working on their knees.
- A Roll-Out, Not a Fall – the 3.6 inch deck turns the most common bed fall into a short slide
- Working Height on Demand – the 25 inch top end supports care, therapy and transfers without a second bed
- Widths That Fit the Resident – 35, 39 and 42 inch settings cover standard and larger residents in one frame
- Falls Mat Option – the factory safety mat adds a padded landing zone beside the low deck
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the weight capacity?
The safe working load is 600 lb. That figure covers the resident, the mattress and any accessories mounted on the bed.
How low does the deck go?
The deck lowers to 3.6 inches above the floor. At that height a resident who rolls out has almost no distance to fall.
What sleep surface sizes are available?
The sleep surface is 80 inches long and sets at 35, 39 or 42 inches wide. An optional extender brings the length to 84 inches.
What is the difference between the AC and the AC-N?
The two models are factory configurations of the same floor-level bed. Both share the deck range, the width settings and the 600 lb working load.
Which accessories can be added?
Factory options include a scale, a trapeze, two or four rails and battery backup. A safety falls mat, a night light, a 4 inch bed extender and staff controls are also available.
Is this bed suited to dementia care?
The floor-level deck is widely used for residents who exit the bed unsafely at night. Lowering the bed for sleep removes the fall height that causes most injuries in that group.
