Description
The Spirotube Mouthpieces line is organized the way testing rooms actually stock mouthpieces, by diameter type. Six cardboard types span outer diameters from 22 mm to 30 mm, and a plastic version covers the largest size. Eight configurations match those types to the case quantities rooms order in.
About These Mouthpieces
Mouthpiece fit is a diameter question: the tube has to seat on the instrument fitting and seal at the patient lips. SDI publishes the full geometry for this line, outer and inner diameter for every type, so the right tube can be chosen from the table instead of by trial. All cardboard tubes are 2.5 inches in length unless otherwise noted, a consistency that keeps patient positioning familiar across types. Types A, B, F, H and J are cardboard, Type P is cardboard in a smaller case, and Type A also comes in a flexible plastic build. Case quantities run from 200 to 2000, packed in bags and boxes that suit stockroom handling.
