The Sentra HD is a separate model line from the Sentra EC: where the EC is rated to 450 lb, the HD carries a single 500 lb rating across all three seat widths. The frame is carbon steel with a silver vein finish, reinforced where a bariatric chair takes its stress — gussets at the weight-bearing points, a reinforced side frame and caster journals, and dual cross bars. They are different model lines. The Sentra HD is rated to 500 lb (the EC to 450 lb), uses a silver vein carbon steel frame with a dual-position front fork and front frame, and comes with desk arms only. Capacities and parts are not interchangeable between the two lines.
Is there a full-arm version?

Swing-away footrests or elevating leg rests?
Swing-away footrests suit most users and swing aside for transfers. Elevating leg rests raise and extend the legs — choose them when a clinician recommends leg elevation or the user cannot keep knees bent comfortably. Both adjust in length without tools, with the foot plate kept at least 2-1/2 in off the ground.
How do I adjust the wheel locks?
Per Drive's owner's manual, a correctly adjusted lock embeds its shoe at least 1/8 in into the tire: loosen the nut on the carriage bolt, slide the clamp toward the rear wheel with the handle engaged, retighten, and test the locking action before use. Always engage both locks before transfers.
What upkeep does it need?
Wipe metal parts down weekly with a clean soft cloth and dry the chair after any moisture exposure. The solid rubber tires need only an occasional damp-cloth cleaning; check the rear wheels monthly for tightness, and lubricate the caster stem and wheel bearings occasionally per the owner's manual.
What warranty does it carry?
Drive's Limited Lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original consumer purchaser, with repair or replacement at Drive's option.
