Description
The Bionix Lighted Articulating Ear Curette combines illumination, magnification and a 90-degree articulating tip, so obstructions can be dislodged with the angled tip for quicker, more comfortable canal cleaning. Its VersaScoop tip is 3mm wide.
- 90 degree tip – the articulating VersaScoop reaches new angles
- Light and lens – illumination and magnification included
- 25 per box – a focused box for difficult impactions
An Angled Tip for Stubborn Obstructions
Some impactions sit where a straight curette cannot work comfortably. The articulating tip bends the working end to 90 degrees, letting the clinician dislodge obstructions from a better angle while light and magnification keep the canal in view. The curette is indicated for impacted cerumen and for foreign bodies occluding the ear canal. Twenty-five curettes come in a single pouch per box, with a light source designed to provide light for 50 curettage procedures. The patented design runs on the same standard Bionix light source and magnification lens platform as the rest of the lighted line.

Why Add the Articulating Curette
Straight tips handle most wax. The articulating curette is the answer for the stubborn remainder, giving the clinician an angled working end without giving up light or magnification.
- Better angles – the 90 degree tip dislodges obstructions straight tips cannot reach well
- Quicker removals – an effective angle shortens difficult procedures
- Same platform – shares the light source and lens the room already stocks
- Patient comfort – fewer passes in the canal means a better experience
