ComfortFoam Border Lite is a thinner, more conformable version of the best selling ComfortFoam silicone foam line. The self-adherent island combines a soft silicone contact layer, a flexible polyurethane foam pad and a waterproof film backing in a slim profile. It manages low to medium exudating partial and full thickness wounds, including pressure ulcers, diabetic ulcers, arterial ulcers, venous ulcers and traumatic wounds. The silicone adhesive is gentle to the wound bed and skin for safe, easy removal, and the low profile border adds adhesion and flexibility. The border is showerproof, prevents exudate leakage, and the dressing can be worn for several days depending on wound condition. It is not made with natural rubber latex.
